UNICORE 11.0.0 and UCC 11.0.0 released

Version 11.0.0 of the UNICORE Core Servers and Version 11.0.0 of the UCC are available for download from GitHub.

This major release now requires at least Java 17, and comes with major updates of our core third-party dependencies like Jetty and Apache CXF.
