Goodbye SourceForge

After 20 years, the UNICORE project will effectively leave Sourceforge, and complete the move of all operations to the UNICORE project on GitHub. Existing downloads will remain available for a while,  but new software releases will only be available via the appropriate GitHub releases pages.
